Alliance was founded in 2012 as an Accounting and Finance Executive search firm by three recruiting industry veterans, Nick Palacio, Ed Barrow and Chris Rollin. As Alliance approaches its 10-year anniversary, the practice has grown substantially beyond their accounting and finance footprint, adding additional service lines to include temporary staffing, client advisory consulting and financial systems consulting.
Leading the way in launching the new division will be IT staffing veteran Clay McDonald, who joined the Firm as a Vice President in February of 2020. No stranger to building and growing teams, McDonald brings to Alliance more than fifteen (15) years of experience in IT staffing and recruiting. For the last decade, he has led large technology recruiting teams throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with a publicly-traded recruitment firm. “Now more than ever, clients and candidates alike are looking to staffing partners who understand a highly-competitive and evolving technology marketplace.
