Capstone Capital Group, LLC announced the promotion of two employees this week. Those employees are Mariam Russo who was promoted from Senior Analyst to Associate and Abhigyan Chakraborty who was promoted from Due Diligence Analyst to Sr. Analyst.
NEW YORK, NY, September 05, 2020 /Neptune100/ — Ms. Russo has been with Capstone since 2017, most recently serving as a Senior Analyst. Her primary responsibilities include account management, client intake, due diligence analysis, credit underwriting, and collections. Ms. Russo serves on Capstone’s Credit Committee and specializes in financial modeling in addition to Purchase Order Financing transactions. Prior to joining Capstone, Ms. Russo served as an analyst for five years in the Brokerage Department of a real estate services firm located in New York City. In her role, she was responsible for developing and managing discounted cash flow and pro forma financial models in addition to real estate valuation models. These models were used for both acquisitions and lease analysis of various real estate assets in the United States. Ms. Russo received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Minor in Mathematics from the Zicklin School of Business of CUNY Baruch College where she graduated Cum Laude.
Mr. Chakraborty joined Capstone in 2018 and is currently a Senior Analyst. In his current role, Mr. Chakraborty is responsible for client relationship management, due diligence analysis on new clients, credit underwriting, and collections. Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Chakraborty worked in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Real Estate Financing and Fintech Startup industries and has more than 10 years’ professional experience. Throughout his career, Mr. Chakraborty has collaborated with industry leaders and has successfully been involved with the closing of $750MM+ in transactions. Mr. Chakraborty received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Masters in Accounting from the Zicklin School of Business of CUNY Baruch College. Mr. Chakraborty is also an International Baccalaureate Degree holder.
