Denise Proctor was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer at FMI Corporation on January 15, 2020.

As COO, she will coordinate and oversee improvements to FMI’s internal operating systems and corporate processes as the firm continues to experience record growth serving clients throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Denise joined FMI in December 1984 and has held progressive roles in accounting and administration throughout her career. Denise is a member of the executive committee of FMI and is the corporate secretary and treasurer of the FMI board of directors. She is also a board member for FMI Infrastructure Consultants, FMI’s Canadian subsidiary. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
