T3/Inside Information Software Survey finds three in five advisors who use insurance services choose DPL
LOUISVILLE, KY, March 31, 2021 /Neptune100/ — DPL Financial Partners (“DPL”), the leading turnkey insurance platform for registered investment advisors (“RIAs”), was deemed the life insurance “market share leader,” with 62% of the market, in the 2021 T3/Inside Information Advisor Software Survey conducted by Bob Veres and Joel Bruckenstein. The comprehensive survey of 5,255 fee-only and dually-registered financial advisors evaluated advisor technology offerings across more than 30 different industry categories. This time DPL, which led the “miscellaneous” category in past years, was included in the new Life Insurance Analysis/Buying Services category.
The authors called DPL “instrumental in promoting the new breed of no-load, fully-transparent insurance products” and noted that unlike other platforms in the category, it also includes annuities in its offering. Advisor respondents who use insurance services were asked to rate the quality of their experience and gave DPL an average rating of 7.40, essentially tying with consumer-oriented website PolicyGenius (7.41) for the top spot in the category.
