Jeff most recently worked with multiple fast-growing tech companies, gaining significant experience with managing ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and setting up Financial Models and metrics to measure success. Throughout his career, he has helped multiple clients navigate their financial direction, installed three major manufacturing accounting systems, and created an IT network and infrastructure from the ground up.
Jeff even built an entire accounting department for a rapidly growing company that saw revenue jump from $15 million to $50 million in only two years. He has also served as the finance lead during multi-million-dollar contract negotiations. His expertise lends itself well to our increasingly popular Fractional CFO services.
