Mr. Pflueger will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives to drive We Insure’s growth, through leading all strategic planning and execution initiatives in the areas of market analysis and franchise sales.
Chris joins We Insure with over 11 years senior level franchise experience and 25 years of professional sales expertise with global brands including RE/MAX, and Motto Mortgage. Most recently he served as CEO of a professional sales consulting firm dedicated to helping franchise companies achieve their maximum results.
As the head of US franchise sales for two top franchisors: RE/MAX, LLC and Motto Mortgage, Chris developed industry-leading sales teams, provided sales training in 7 countries, and ran award-winning franchise operations units. He helped propel RE/MAX from number 77 to a top 5 Franchise organization in the US. Additionally, he worked with the only mortgage franchise opportunity in the US, that sold over 100 units in its first two years (top 1% of emerging franchises).
During his career, Chris was involved in company-owned franchise operations, managed regional operations and franchise support, participated in a NYSE public offering, as well as had extensive sales success with over 1,000 units sold.
