NEW YORK, NY, September 09, 2019 /Neptune100/ — NGOH Holdings LLC (“NGOH”) and its sister entity Nicky’s Gardens of Hope (Nicky’s Gardens), recently announced the appointment of Robert Zulkoski to the Board of Directors. Bob will serve as an Executive Director of the Board for both NGOH and Nicky’s Gardens of Hope Charity.

Bob Zulkoski has been an investment manager since 1985 when he began his career at Kidder Peabody. As a general partner he invested over $5 BN of fiduciary over the past several years, built large-scale fund management businesses, and personally invested, advised, and/or been a board member for several successful start-ups, and is now focused on social impact investment initiatives.

Mr. Zulkoski is a founding shareholder and Director of Impact Investment of The Conduit (www.theconduit.com ), which connects thinkers, leaders, and innovators in social change, business, and the arts to create impact for the greater good. He also fills the role of CEO of Conduit Capital.

Robert Zulkoski is also the Chairman of Vermont Works Management Company (www.vermontworks.co ) and The Vermont Innovation Commons (www.vtinnovationcommons.com ), whose objective is to deliver knowledge, networks and capital to rural innovation ecosystems. The goal is to ensure that rural communities are full participants in the emerging, technology-enabled “new economy.” Zulkoski sees the dynamic changes sweeping the country and the globe as an achievable opportunity for rural America to create large numbers of livable wage and sustainable jobs that help retain and attract talent and innovation while staying true to the “Rural Brand” and what it represents to the citizens of rural communities.

Mr. Zulkoski’s last operating executive role was Managing Director and Head of Asia Special Situations and Real Estate Investments for Oaktree Capital Management, where his team was voted “Best Special Situation Manager” and “Best Distress Manager” by Private Equity International Magazine.
