The Canton location will support clients with their family law and divorce legal needs
MARIETTA, GA, October 01, 2020 /Neptune100/ — In Mid-September, SM&P announced the opening of its new office in Canton, Georgia. The firm’s sixth, it is located at 225 Reformation Parkway, Suite 200, Office #29 in downtown Canton.
Comparable to the offices in Marietta, Buckhead, Johns Creek, Fayetteville, and Alpharetta, the Canton location will support clients with their family law legal needs, including situations of divorce, spousal support, child custody and support, adoption, paternity, and domestic partnerships. The Canton office provides clients flexibility and convenience. They can spend their valuable time meeting with an experienced attorney rather than driving in Atlanta traffic.
“We are very excited to be a part of the vibrant Cherokee County community,” said Mary Montgomery, the firm’s founder and managing partner. “We understand the importance of personal contact when dealing with difficult and emotional legal issues, so we chose to be located close to where our clients live and work.”
“This expansion is a confirmation of our success,” said SM&P partner Melanie Prehodka, who will head up the Canton office. “But more importantly, it’s a confirmation of our commitment to providing the highest level of representation to our clients.” Melanie offers twenty years of experience in advocating for family law clients.
“Because of Melanie’s ample toolbox of skills, knowledge, and professional relationships, the Canton office team will hit the ground running,” Mary said. “And like our other offices, this one will also take an active role in fundraisers and other events to support the surrounding community. They will be a good neighbor.”
