Pediatric Rehabilitation Hospital adds seasoned professionals to leadership team.

BETHANY, OK, July 16, 2020 /Neptune100/ — The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital announced the appointment of two new leaders to key positions within the organization as of July 1, 2020 – Heather Henshall Wilson, PHR, SHRM-CP as Executive Vice President and Chief of Mission and Culture; and Josh L. Trimble as Executive Vice President and Chief of Foundation Management.

Ms. Wilson brings over 17 years of diverse career experience with strong expertise and passion to build great workplace cultures while maximizing organizational effectiveness. In the role of Executive Vice President and Chief of Mission and Culture, Wilson will drive the mission and foster a culture of patient and family centered care and service excellence, while improving patient & family experience and patient relations across the entire organization. Her leadership in the role will take the hospital’s culture, which strives for operational and clinical excellence, into the ever-evolving world of patient & family centered care in a Christian environment.

Prior to joining The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital, Wilson led the New Client Services Team for Heartland Payment Systems, responsible for the onboarding and implementation of over 10,000 new payroll clients nationwide. From 2005-2018, she served in key positions in sales, human resources and operations at American Fidelity Assurance Company, a FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oklahoma City.

Named as Executive Vice President and Chief of Foundation Management, Josh L. Trimble will be responsible for overseeing the strategic approach to fundraising activities through the hospital’s foundation. He will be responsible for leading fundraising efforts in addition to creating and implementing a strategic fundraising program that inspires loyalty and support from existing and new donors.

Trimble served as Director of Development at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK from 2014 – 2019, where he focused on establishing external resources and community in addition to corporate partnerships through philanthropic endeavors. He managed and directed a portfolio of over 200 constituents, generating over $4.9 million in gifts/pledges, with a $20 million single gift to be finalized in the year 2021. During a nearly ten-year tenure at the University he also served as a Senior Admissions Counselor and Interim Assistant Dean of Students.
