Quadrant Homes, Pardee Homes and Freehold Communities, along with their Austin-based agency, Wick Marketing, have earned a spate of awards from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
AUSTIN, TX, December 06, 2019 /Neptune100/ — The National Association of Home Builder’s National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) recently announced Silver Award winners for The Nationals new home sales and marketing awards. The competition recognizes the best builders, developers and associates in the homebuilding industry. Three U.S. homebuilders: Pardee Homes, a homebuilder in California and Nevada, Washington State-based Quadrant Homes, and Freehold Communities, a master plan developer in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee and California, along with Austin-based Wick Marketing, took Silver Award honors in varied categories.
The Nationals is the NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards competition, recognizing the best home builders, developers, associates and consultants for outstanding achievement. During a three-day judging period, a panel of eight industry professionals from across the country determined the Silver award recipients from a field of nearly 1,250 entries in 61 categories. Silver Award winners are finalists for Gold Award honors, which will be presented Jan. 21 in Las Vegas, Nev. as part of the International Builders Show.
Silver Award honors were awarded in the following categories:

Pardee Homes’ new Skyline community in Santa Clarita, Calif. was tapped for a Silver Award for Master Planned Community of the Year. Named for its unending views and scenic hilltop location, Skyline is 30 miles from Los Angeles. Skyline offers residents a place to write their own story, to dream big and live with spirit. Also named a Silver Award winner for the same award is Freehold Communities’ Arden, a unique community in Palm Beach County, Fla. With a five-acre working farm and an event barn, the “agri-hood” places a top priority on healthy living.
Skyline garnered two additional awards, earning honors for Best Digital Marketing Campaign and Best Special Promotion-Grand Openings, Limited Time Sales Events.
Wick earned a Silver Award along with its client, Quadrant Homes in Bellevue, Wash., for the social media component of the campaign, titled “Tyler Lockett and the Design Studio.” In the integrated promotion, the Seattle Seahawks’ wide receiver and return specialist highlights his experience creating his dream home with the help of the Quadrant Homes Design Studio.
With Pardee Homes Inland Empire, Wick earned another Silver Award for Best Social Media Campaign for the community of Altis in Beaumont, Calif. Altis is an active-adult 55+ community coveted for its ideal location, dynamic lifestyle and resort-style amenities.
The Pardee Homes’ community of Vista Santa Fe was recognized as Detached Community of the Year. Wick Marketing was responsible for Vista Santa Fe’s social media, including the story of specially curated interior design with guest designer and television personality, Bobby Berk. Berk is a star of the Netflix series, “Queer Eye.” Vista Santa Fe is a luxury community in North San Diego County in the award-winning Pacific Highlands Ranch, starting at $1.9 million.
