During his three-year term, he will influence the direction of the water treatment industry with his peers while bringing fresh perspectives back to his leadership at Tower Water.
The AWT is an international water treatment association comprised of over 500 companies. These companies typically apply water treatments for commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems. Membership in the AWT entails access to beneficial training, networking, certification, and public and regulatory awareness programs. Once a year, the AWT organizes an Annual Convention & Exposition that provides insight into new developments in the industry, while granting professionals plentiful networking opportunities. As a newly appointed member of the Board of Directors, Noah will help provide the AWT with strategic guidance and vision.
Noah Baskin began his career at Tower Water as a foreman in 1994. Since then, he became a project manager, created and managed their construction department, and led the development of several chemical cleaning tools and methods that were not previously available in the industry. His innovative leadership led to his current status as CEO and co-owner of the company. Besides possessing expertise in industrial and commercial water treatment, Noah also excels at sales, training, account management, and business development with a passion for strategic direction.
