Commercial truck accidents pose unique legal issues and demand experienced attorneys

INDIANAPOLIS, IN, March 20, 2020 /Neptune100/ — Craig, Kelley & Faultless, LLC is pleased to announce that two partners at the Indianapolis law firm have achieved the distinction of earning board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy in commercial truck accident law.

David W. Craig, the law firm’s managing partner, and partner Scott A. Faultless join a select group of lawyers who have board certification in the area of personal injury law involving tractor trailers, buses and other commercial vehicles.

Craig and Faultless each earned a five-year certification in Truck Accident Law after passing a comprehensive exam, demonstrating extensive trial experience, and fulfilling the peer review and continuing education requirements established by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

The National Board of Trial Advocacy is a certifying agency accredited by the American Bar Association. Board certification signifies that the attorneys have met a higher standard of professional and personal conduct.

Both Craig and Faultless have extensive experience representing accident victims in cases involving commercial truck accidents. Craig focuses his legal practice on personal injury cases involving commercial vehicles, such as semi tractor-trailers, flatbed trucks, garbage trucks, wreckers, dump trucks and buses. He has handled cases against commercial motor vehicle drivers and trucking companies in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas and Illinois, as well as other states. He has two results in the $10-$15 million range and numerous results in the $1-$10 million range.
