Owner of Be Active Live Better studio pivoted her business online to health promote physical activity during Ontario lockdowns. Her passion for fitness led her to create a powerful online community that has helped hundreds of people across US/Canada.

ST. CATHARINES, ON, March 09, 2021 /Neptune100/ — Michelle’s community outreach with local professionals and mental health counsellors has helped her provide tools and resources for those suffering from pandemic fatigue both mentally and physically.

Michelle created programming that focused on developing healthy habits so members stuck in their homes had goals to look forward too. Her 21 Day Challenge Program is a great fitness program for beginners or anyone that is looking for a great kickstart-despite fitness level, age, or gender-that it’s possible to develop positive habits in 21 days. Her programming includes strength and conditioning, HIIT, Stability ball and band, as well as stretch and restore classes. Members can workout on their own time in the convenience of their own space. Her fitness programming, style of classes, and interactive approach allows anyone that joins the program to be part of a bigger community and feel supported throughout their journey.

She also developed a podcast that includes community outreach. By having business professionals on her show sharing their struggles and successes, she has been able to deliver quality content to her audience as well as provide a positive outlook on current circumstances for help those who are suffering mentally. The mental health crisis is rising and waitlists are increasing to see doctors and mental health professionals. Her warm and engaging interviews make her audience feel supported and accepted with their everyday struggles. “We are all in this together.”

Be Active Live Better (BALB) is moving into it’s eighth year. It began as a boutique local in person studio to pivoting online during March of 2020. It is now an exclusive online fitness and health studio that focuses on building a community of support for it’s members through LIVE virtual and interactive workout classes, educational episodes, blogs and podcasts.
