Sacramento’s first members only speakeasy is opening in Downtown Commons this October.
SACRAMENTO, CA, October 17, 2019 /Neptune100/ — Trophy Club will offer bespoke cocktail experiences under the care of master alchemists without the unregulated clamor and crowd of the typical downtown bar.
After entering through the secret passageway, patrons will be greeted by a lush emerald cocktail room replete in gold accents and sputnik chandeliers all anchored by an ebony stone bar. Heady and seductive, the 1920’s-inspired club room is an ideal space for an afternoon tipple, private meeting or hushed rendezvous.
“Trophy Club’s intimacy offers our team the opportunity to craft detail-oriented cocktails without pretense, rush, or arrogance,” notes Head Bartender, Seneca Barr.
“We’ll be pulling out all of the stops from cold smoke guns to custom ice. Naturally, we’ll be utilizing Sacramento’s bounty of local ingredients without sparing any expense while sourcing unique liqueurs, vermouths, liquors and aperitifs from around the globe as well as custom terpenes — tinctures that mirror the flavors of landrace cannabis strains that are crisp and bright without the vegetal funk — from Mary’s Alchemy.”
A curated wine menu focused on reviving bottle culture will sport a wide selection of Central and Northern California domestic wines bolstered with a daring global variety. Light bites from Golden State-sourced cheeses to charcuterie round out the menu.
Membership includes access during all open hours for the member and three guests, as well as perks to the club’s sister bar, Flatstick Pub, a craft brew pub with a challenging mini golf course and other golf inspired games also in Downtown Commons.
Non-members following Trophy Club’s social media can watch for passwords to gain entry to experience the opulence for themselves.
Trophy Club will be hosting its Grand Opening on October 20, 2019.
