Z’Tejas Launches New Hatch Chile Fest Menu Amid Much Anticipation

PHOENIX, AZ, August 03, 2019 /Neptune100/ — The long awaited Hatch Chile Fest menu has arrived at Z’Tejas, and everyone is excited! Celebrate southwestern cuisine with the annual Hatch Chile event and a new, very special menu. Just in time for chile season, Z’Tejas has announced its participation in the festivities this year with a completely unique menu.

All our dishes are made using local, fresh ingredients. Test your taste buds or try something new! The Z’Tejas Hatch Chile Menu includes starters, entrees, and desserts. Start your journey with some delicious Hatch Poppers, featuring bacon-wrapped roasted hatch peppers, cilantro pesto chicken, black bean salad, house BBQ, and hatch avocado cream sauce. Or try the Tuna and Crab Ceviche Tower with marinated ahi tuna, avocado, salsa fresca, fresh crab, hatch chimichurri, roasted Hatch chiles, and house mazina chips.

For an entrée that will make your day, enjoy your choice of Hatch Rubbed Salmon Enchiladas, Beef and Chorizo Meatloaf, or Shrimp Stuffed Hatch and Pasta. Our sumptuous baked enchiladas feature jack cheese, hatch avocado cream sauce, corn tortilla, green chile rice, and an avocado tomato salad. The Beef and Chorizo Meatloaf is made with hickory BBQ glaze, house mashed potatoes, chef’s vegetables, crispy onion rings, cotija, and cilantro. The Shrimp Stuffed Hatch and Pasta dish offers you irresistible shrimp-stuffed hatch peppers, linguini, hatch pesto, roasted peppers, sautéed spinach, tomatoes, onion, chipotle, sour cream, and cilantro. Any one of our show stopping menu items will go great with a Z’Tejas’s signature margarita including the Chambord Margarita, the Paradise Margarita, and the Classic Margarita.
