Shyam is a Senior Technology executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic business leadership. Shyam has broad based expertise in Enterprise Software that is focused on Cloud/PaaS/SaaS products, AI and machine learning. Most recently he served as VP, Global Head of SAP Services at Birlasoft where he was responsible for customer success, revenue growth, and product offerings. Prior to Birlasoft, he played various customer facing executive leadership roles at KPIT, Sparta and Fujitsu.
