Bruce founded INSTO in 2013 and grew the company to 10+M USD per year in GMV. He helped eBay to structure a JV in Taiwan in 2006 and turned eBay Taiwan from losing market share to a market leader in C2C commerce with the JV.
He joined the founding team of SINA.com, went through a major cross-border merger and successfully brought the company public on Nasdaq in year 2000 as part of the founding team.
Bruce hold an Executive MBA, International Business Management. National Taiwan University, MSc. 3D CAGTA, School of Computing & Mathematics from University of Teesside, UK and BA, Applied Art, Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan.
Jophiel Chang, Head of Product
