With strong experience in social media, virtual business tools, social commerce, business development, and sales training, Sara takes leadership development seriously and believes that in a remote environment, leaders cannot reach their full potential and truly serve their teams well without the right tools and technology.

Patrick B. Parker is an experienced IT executive, award-winning product creator and passionate SaaS entrepreneur focused on digitally transforming small to medium-sized businesses by implementing technologies that automate critical business processes including customer experience, community/client engagement and product/service delivery. Patrick is a firm believer that process automation frees up business owners to focus on what is truly important, which is growing and scaling their business. After spending a decade as a consultant with large organizations across private and public sectors, Patrick understands exactly how to identify and overcome the complex challenges and pain points that prevent businesses from becoming major players.

Patrick is a self-proclaimed “dream builder”. If you can dream it, then he can assemble the team required to build and operationalize it. He is well versed in building and scaling team culture by optimizing people, places and things (technology), and has built two award-winning teams over the last five years. Piyush Pamecha, Chief Technology Officer

Piyush Pamecha is an experienced executive with a history of strategic leadership and hands-on value creation across different industry domains over the years. Co-founder of Thoroughbred Solutions, providing technology leadership and management of engineering, product management, program management, quality assurance and data analytics. Experienced with a wide range of technologies and systems, including building highly scalable web, mobile and cross-channel experiences, architectures to support data sciences and analytics teams, internationalization, and management of distributed teams. A problem solver of complex business problems by implementing innovative solutions, Piyush has proven his expertise with highly sought after certifications across a number of business and technical domains including cloud solution architecture, process improvement, information security, and identity and access management.

Christopher Cavallaro, Chief Product Officer

Christopher Cavallaro is an experienced Product Manager who has a passion for improving process with technology. Serving as a Clinical Trial Manager for 13 years in the Pharmaceutical industry, he managed large Phase III Clinical Trials receiving FDA approval for both Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Diseases. Christopher has devoted the last 7 years of his career to Software Development, where he has been able to combine his clinical expertise with his understanding of technology to create software that has truly improved the adjudication process in the pharmaceutical industry. During this time, he led his team to develop a first to market web-based Clinical Endpoint Adjudication Application. This application is currently being used by major Pharmaceutical companies to improve their processes around safety and efficacy assessment.

Christopher is passionate about working with system users to come up workflow enhancements using technology to improve customer relationship management. His is driven by working in the creative environment of Software Development which allows him to use his Project Management, Business Analysis and Software Development Life Cycle Management skills.

Christopher holds a BA in Biology from LaSalle University and an MS in Biomedical Sciences from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
