He works with his brother, Amit Bhavsar, who is the President of the company directing the comprehensive staffing side of the business. A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Professor Christiansen has authored 30 highly indexed and cited Reference books and journal articles on business- and technology-related subjects that are available at top universities worldwide. Some of the most notable examples include citations of his work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in a published 600-page PhD dissertation in 2016 on Mars exploration systems, and a separate journal article on the Mars One program. The university also retains a journal article written by Christiansen on cultural indoctrination in open innovation.
