What was once a PNW local treasure can now be offered to aspiring software engineers nationwide. Future cohorts join a community of nearly 450 women and gender diverse folks, ready to change the face in tech and shift the imbalance of representation in the tech industry. Fully Digital
Eliminating geographic barriers has created the opportunity to add 24 seats to a fully-digital classroom. A rigorous curriculum posed to prepare students for careers with the world’s largest tech companies paired with the following intentional community supports:

– Paid 5-month internship
– Low to 0% interest loan to all accepted students
– 1:1 tutoring and mentorship with industry professionals
– Justice and advocacy workshops & Intersectionality and bias training
– Free clinical therapy for Black, Trans, and Indigenous students
