Brokers Frank Farrell and Kris Redding represent landlord OA Development in long-term lease at business campus in College Park, Ga. for new headquarters location.

ATLANTA, GA, March 03, 2021 /Neptune100/ — Ackerman & Co. has completed a five-year, 7,974-square-foot lease with Automobile Acceptance Corp. at Phoenix Office Park, where the auto financing and insurance provider is relocating its Atlanta headquarters. Their new offices are located at 1669 Phoenix Parkway.

Ackerman & Co. brokers Kris Redding and Frank Farrell completed the lease on behalf of OA Development, the landlord. Redding also represented the tenant in the transaction.

Frank and Kris have teamed to lease 68,000 square feet in new leases across the business park, increasing leasing levels by 24 percent in the 300,000-square-foot portfolio OA Development owns at Phoenix Office Park.

The business park offers tenants a strategic location less than 1 mile from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and convenient access to interstates I-285, I-85 and I-75. The business park is also close to a variety of retail, restaurants and hotels.
