In May 2019, B+E brokered the largest commercial real estate transaction by a digital platform with the $324 million Cabela’s sale-leaseback. The eleven Cabela’s properties represented more than 1.6 million square feet of space and an additional 277 acres of land.
In December 2019, B+E launched Seller Dashboards at the ICSC Deal Making Conference. The B+E Seller Dashboards is the first of its kind, and will efficiently manage the disposition process in an online environment, tailored especially for single-tenant net lease sellers.
