NEW YORK, NY, July 08, 2020 /Neptune100/ — NGOH Holdings LLC (“NGOH”) and its sister entity Nicky’s Gardens of Hope (Nicky’s Gardens), recently announced the appointment of Pat O’Brien to the Board of Directors. Patrick will serve on the Board for both NGOH and Nicky’s Gardens of Hope Charity.
We are very pleased that Pat O’Brien has joined our Board of Directors. Pat has varied experiences within the financial investment world as well as a wealth of experience within international travel and hospitality management including property development. Pat’s background will be invaluable in the development of Nicky’s Gardens of Hope, a residency for Autistic and intellectually developmentally disabled (IDD) adults. Pat’s experience will be even more critical in the development of NGOH’s incubator businesses for real estate, travel, and hoteling.

Mr. O’Brien is currently a private investor and serves as the Lead Independent Director of Cinedigm Corporation (CIDM:NASDAQ), an independent distributor of streaming content, movies, and DVDs and leases 11,000 digital movie projectors to movie exhibitors, also he serves as a Member of the Board of Trust of ICPW Nevada Liquidation.
Mr. O’Brien has previously served as Chairman of the Board and CEO Livevol, Inc., a private company that was a leader in equity and index options technology which was successfully sold to CBOE Holdings. In 2009, Mr. O’Brien formed Granville Wolcott Advisors where he serves as its Managing Director & Principal to provide consulting, due diligence, and asset management services.
Mr. O’Brien has over 50 years of multi-unit international travel and hospitality management experience in the North & South America, Caribbean, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Mr. O’Brien is a graduate of the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with a BA in Hotel Management.
