Harold J. Nikipelo, BA, EMT-P. Interim President, Founder and Inventor of the PRTISP Process, Patent Holder, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Nikipelo has been involved in fluid mechanics in the medical field since 1979, obtaining his BA in Biology in 1987. Since 1991 Mr. Nikipelo has been instructing fluid mechanics and management of cardiovascular systems (ACLS) to the medical community. Mr. Nikipelo education span included additional programs including engineering, geology and physics.

In 1994 Mr. Nikipelo began his involvement within the Oil and Gas Industry from Environmental, Health and Safety to operations and engineering processes. He has been directly involved in the design process for thermal operations both international and domestic including drilling operations offshore and onshore in such areas as Qatar, Albania, Nigeria, Ghana, China, Trinidad / Tobago.

In 2008 Mr. Nikipelo began working on using present fluid mechanics within the medical industry and applying them to the oil processing theory for Heavy oil recovery and bitumen of which showed excellent results. At the same time, Mr. Nikipelo has been working on the PRTISP downhole tool and heater with assistance to our mechanical engineering group. Mr. Nikipelo’ s first patent was granted in Oct 2014, USA then followed the Canada patent in Nov 2015, Eurasian patent in dated September 2015 with patent pending with the WIPO.

Mr. Mollick Hussain, MBA, CFA, functioning as the Chief Financial Officer. (CFO)

Mr. Hussain received his Master of Business Administration – Finance from Haskayne School of Business, U of C, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder with CFA Institute, USA, and Bachelor of Commerce, Finance and Banking University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, Ranked first in Class and 3rd on the merit list.

Over the past 4 years, Mr. Hussain has worked as the senior financial analysis advisor for Enbridge. Mr. Hussain also spent an additional 2 years as a senior credit analyst with Enbridge.

Prior to arriving at Enbridge, Mr. Hussain worked seven years with several banks as senior account manager position, including Royal bank of Canada, Alberta Treasury Branch and two international banks in Bangladesh.

Dan Seutter, P.Eng. (Senior Vice President) – Heading up our Mechanical Engineering and Enhanced Oil Recovery Optimization

Dan graduated in 1984 from the University of Alberta with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. The next 18 years were spent operating and designing equipment for the directional drilling market. Employers included Computalog Ltd, NorthStar Drilling Systems, and Phoenix Technology. He was also involved in introducing a rotary steerable drilling system to Canada.

In 2002, Weatherford Canada (Completions Group) offered their Engineering Manager position to Dan. Over the next 6 years, Dan continued to build the engineering team to 10 while working with international divisions. Dan was the project lead for a high pressure liner and packer system for a Middle East application. The ISO 14310 V0 test requirement was successfully conducted at the Ullrigg Test facility in Norway in 2008.

Dan was also involved with developing completion equipment for SAGD applications qualified to a temperature of 340°C. In late 2008, Dan started his own consulting company designing down hole tools for drilling and completion applications. Some designs have been implemented by his previous employers – other designs have been utilized internationally by Precision Drilling and Halliburton Scott Davies, P.Eng., Electrical and Instrumentation Facility Engineering, Smiley Project Manager

Project Engineer/Manager with 31 years of experience. Capable of executing and coordinating multi- location and multi-discipline electrical and controls engineering, procurement, field inspection and construction management projects. Experienced with the process design development and coordination between various stakeholders, including P&ID Reviews, Hazops and Lopas. Extensive field experience with projects ranging from oil pumping stations, gas compressors, power generation and major facilities.

Scott places a high emphasis on safety, people, scope, cost, schedule, information transfer and quality.

Overall background and capabilities include first line contact with the client including interfacing with field personnel, front-end project scoping, capital cost preparation, bid evaluation and purchasing of equipment and materials, bid and construction documents, construction management, operating manuals and close out reports. Experience with voltage systems from 12 VDC to 240 kV.

Mr. Campbell has over twenty five years of operational, exploration, development, and research experience in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin (W.C.S.B.) with an emphasis on clastic depositional environments as a professional Geologist. Mr. Campbell has been actively employed as Team lead, senior Geologist for several large Canadian and international oil firms. Mr. Campbell received his education at the university of Calgary 1988 with his B.Sc. Geology and has played an activity role with both AAPG and CSPG. Mr. Campbell is a member of A.P.E.G.G.A.

Garry Gatrell, P.Eng. Drilling, Chief Operating officer (COO)

Garry Gatrell, P. Eng., is a senior engineer and manager with 25 years experience in Drilling & Completions, Production Operations, and Asset Development. He is a member of APEGA.

After obtaining his engineering degree from the University of Regina in 1992 Garry worked for intermediate and large E&P companies as a Production Engineer, then expanded his technical and operations experience with Completions Engineering and Development/ Exploitation roles within a large E&P company.

Since 2007 he has led multi- disciplined technical teams in Production operations, execution of Drilling, Completion and Facilities programs and the evaluation, acquisition and divestiture of oil & gas properties.

Alan Fritz, CET (Production and Regulatory Manager)

30 years’ experience from field operator gas/oil to management, Calgary based.
