Company’s unique culture and standout employee engagement earn high scores for 2nd year running

SAN MATEO, CA, May 06, 2020 /Neptune100/ — Openprise, a leading provider of data orchestration platforms for marketing and sales, has been recognized as one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2020 for the second consecutive year.

Each company nominated took part in an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics that included trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Out of more than 3,000 submissions in the fast-growing private company sector, Inc. narrowed the field to just 395 finalists. Openprise is proud to be one of those finalists.

“We’re honored to once again be named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces,” said Ed King, Founder and CEO, Openprise. “This recognition is a bright moment at a time when our employees’ daily lives are more challenging than ever; I couldn’t be prouder of our team, and how they come together to put our customers’ success front and center.”

In this year’s survey, 73 percent of employees, on average, were engaged by their work. By contrast, 100% of Openprise employees reported being engaged by their work. And perhaps even more telling, when asked to describe the company, the word employees chose most often was “fun.”

“This is great validation of our company mission and values, that Openprise employees feel valued, that they have opportunities for growth, and that the work they do makes a difference—the fact that they have fun doing it is icing on the cake,” said King.

The strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize the most human elements of work. These companies are leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity.

“Building a great corporate culture comes only from strong leadership,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “The companies on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list are setting an example that the whole country can learn from, especially now, when company culture is more important to the workforce than ever.”
