Local law firm founded by immigrants and their descendants has been helping people achieve their immigration goals since the fall of 2017.

ATLANTA, GA, September 27, 2019 /Neptune100/ — The immigration attorneys at Tadeo & Silva Law in Atlanta, Georgia are celebrating the firm’s two year anniversary this fall. The firm focuses on citizenship, deportation (removal) defense, family petitions, hardship waivers, humanitarian relief, and federal litigation. The attorneys at Tadeo & Silva are client-focused, passionate, and trial-tested, which has led to their rapid growth.

Peter A. Tadeo and Massiel Silva Tadeo are not just partners and owners at Tadeo & Silva; they are also partners in life. As people who know firsthand what it is like to immigrate to the United States, they know the challenges families are facing when they confront Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) processes.

USCIS is a government agency that oversees lawful immigration to the United States. They are responsible for granting and denying applications for permanent residency. USCIS expects perfection when it comes to completing applications. The agency is ruthless and fights hard for deportation if it has determined someone should not be in Georgia. Anyone who is trying to obtain a green card or fighting to remain in the United States needs an immigration lawyer who will help them.

Peter A. Tadeo is the founder and owner of the Tadeo & Silva law firm. As the son of Mexican/Italian immigrants, he understands the importance of having superb representation when it comes to immigration matters. Mr. Tadeo graduated from Georgia State University, after which he earned his Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.

Mr. Tadeo was a summer intern for the Georgia Asylum Immigration Network and also worked for the Georgia Legal Services Program. After becoming a member of the State Bar of Georgia, he focused his practice entirely on Immigration Law.

Massiel Silva Tadeo is also a partner and owner at Tadeo & Silva Law. She specializes in removal defense, family green cards, and hardship waivers. Mrs. Silva Tadeo was born in the Dominican Republic, and because of that, she personally recognizes the challenges of immigration. She graduated from Emory University School of Law and Georgia State University. Mrs. Silva Tadeo is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

Both Mr. Tadeo and Mrs. Silva Tadeo are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association. Their family history helps them to have a unique understanding of the struggles that come with fighting for permanent resident status. They know what is at stake, and work as a team to provide the highest-quality legal representation you can get.
