Innovative new catamaran is a collaboration between leaders in aluminum yacht construction

GIBSONS, BC, March 10, 2021 /Neptune100/ — Great things happen when you work together, and ProJekt Boatworks is proof. A joint venture between industry-leading aluminum yacht builders Coastal Craft and innovative newcomers Jasper Marine, ProJekt is set to make a splash this summer with its first model, the 39′ Cat, now in production at its Gibsons facility.

Designed in collaboration with New Zealand’s renowned Bakewell-White Yacht Design, the strikingly modern 39′ Cat offers sport fishermen everything needed for extended trips offshore, including spacious live wells and fish boxes, and generous fuel and water capacity — all without compromising at all on performance, handling, or aesthetics. Powered by twin or quad outboards, the 39′ Cat is designed to offer an exceptionally comfortable ride at high speeds in offshore conditions.

For ProJekt’s founders, Jeff Rhodes and Jasper Vermeulen, the 39′ Cat offers an opportunity to redefine the boating world’s expectations of what an aluminum boat can be. “Our success,” Rhodes explained, “is based on Coastal Craft’s twenty-five years of producing award-winning, yacht-quality aluminum boats. We’re bringing that same mentality into ProJekt.” Prioritizing form equally alongside function, the 39′ Cat reflects the meticulous attention to detail that has distinguished Coastal Craft over the years, including unmatched finishing and exquisite, yacht-quality paint.

The 39′ Cat is currently available in an open-layout model, with a fully enclosed cabin model soon to be announced.
