The Rest, Reset and Restore Retreat and Pajama Party introduces women to self care rituals they can easily implement when they return home by enjoying nutritious food, attending aromatherapy and skin care classes, and spending time in nature.

AUSTIN, TX, August 20, 2019 /Neptune100/ — The retreat will take place on October 26, 2019, from 8 am – 9:30 pm at McKinney Roughs Nature Park in Cedar Creek, Texas. This location brings attendees closer to nature. Since it’s only one day, it’s ideal for busy women. The day’s itinerary includes live music by a harpist, a henna tattoo artist, vegetarian meals and snacks, a facilitated, conversational Sparked card game, an aromatherapy session, a skin care session, an outdoor movie in the amphitheater, a dance party, and, of course, free time.

The retreat is hosted by Sandra K. Foreman, founder of The Spa in Me, LLC. My personal story of burnout inspired me to start The Spa in Me, L.L.C., to offer an annual self care retreat for women. I am a wife, mother, and lawyer, who slowly burned out and became dissatisfied and lost. I then learned that I had to take better care of myself. I now teach these lessons to busy career women and mothers.
